Canvas to Closet
Fashion is an ambassador of self-expression and storytelling, building bridges in ways that stationary art cannot. I want to offer a unique opportunity to take art off gallery walls and place it in the hands of individuals. My work as a fine artist has always explored themes of identity and empowerment through bold color. Transitioning to wearable art allows me to expand my practice while staying true to my mission of inspiring self-expression and connection.
With a background in modeling and previous collaborations during Chicago Fashion Week (left), I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of merging art and fashion. A past experiment (see photos below) in creating one-of-a-kind clothing using my Abstracture paintings was met with overwhelming success, selling out by the end of the season.
