Hello! 👋
I'm Emma Lyons and I want you to have a free print from my acclaimed
"Head in the Clouds" Series.
Here's why 👇

66a1954ce905f_emmapropic.jpg

My very first teacher told my mom I was a marvelous student. "But," she said with concern, "Emma has an overactive imagination."

I was often daydreaming, creating worlds in my head of what life might look like if I were a movie star, or a ballerina, or an artist. (Spoiler alert!) And suddenly my creativity felt like a bad thing.

How many times are we labeled "different" because others can't see the beautiful life we have the ability to imagine? Can't we grow the world we know into one that could be better, kinder, and more colorful?

I've learned that such growing pains can be scary. But the ability to dream is a precious one, and it deserves to be nurtured. So my "Head in the Clouds" series is one that celebrates the imagination. It says "You are welcome as you are."

Here, I encourage you to daydream from the deepest of seas to the tallest of mountains to the widest of galaxies.

Here, we turn a judgmental "You're different" into a wondrous "Look how unique you are!"

While the women in these pieces are undoubtedly gorgeous according to all of the criteria that our culture gives us to judge such things, these pieces exemplify the freedom that comes from embracing the ideas and creativity inside of them, inside all of us.

They reject their outward appearances in favor of allowing their bodies, their surroundings, their identities, and their entire scopes of reality to be defined by their dreams of the worlds they can imagine and manifest in real ways.

Their ability to simply imagine allows them to achieve a new state of being, and shows the way for you to do the same...

Thank you so much for stopping by this page!

I am currently giving away a limited number of art prints of my new "Head In The Clouds" Collection for just the cost of shipping them to you.

I know I sound crazy …

Why would I even think of doing something like that?

LET ME EXPLAIN WHY I'M DOING THIS.

There are two reasons this offer makes perfect sense to me:

First

I believe that the artwork you choose to surround yourself with should speak to you and lift your esteem as you go about your day.

My art’s goal is to evoke self-love, helping you feel accepted and inspired in your own space.

My “Head in the Clouds” series in specific exemplifies the freedom we feel when we are encouraged to embrace our creativity, wherever it may take us.

I want to help spread that freedom, that encouragement, and that joy by offering my US letter size (easy to frame!) art prints for free.

Second

On a more selfish note, I want my art in the hands of as many people as possible.

This helps spread the word about me and my work, and at the same time shares my art’s message of love and encouragement for ourselves and others.

We deserve more of that encouragement, I think.

My goal is to touch the lives of everyone my art comes across, and I hope that it connects with you and makes YOU feel inspired and loved. And what better way show you a little love than to let you try my art for free?

(And hey, perhaps one day you'll come back to me and ask for a larger print, or maybe even some original artwork!)

SO

Below this letter, I've laid out the details of my collection and would like you to pick your favorite print to take home.

I can only offer 1 per person, I’m afraid. Numbers are limited, so this page and offer will be taken down the moment the last one has gone.

BUT, I ALSO HAVE THE BEST GUARANTEE YOU'LL EVER SEE.

I love creating my art, so I want you to love what you receive just as much as I love creating it - that's why offering this guarantee makes sense to me.

All you'd have to do is contact me directly using the details on your receipt and I'll give you back every penny. (Which I'm grateful to say has never had to happen so far!)
So this truly is a risk-free offer, with a heartfelt piece of art from me to you. My hope is that you'll love what you receive and this will be the beginning of a great relationship for years to come.

I fully guarantee you'll love what you receive or I'll refund your shipping & handling and you can keep the print anyway (or gift it to a loved one).

About Emma Lyons...

Inspired by Divisionism and Pointilism, Emma's Abstracture style combines bold colorful strokes with geometric placement using a wet-on-wet technique. She sometimes combines this with her first passion of Figurative art, blending fantastical worlds created by inspiring characters into a work of entrancing and alluring ideas. This work explores the idea of feeling allowed to take up space and to trust that where we are led is where our story is supposed to be.

A self-taught artist, Emma creates vulnerbility-welcoming art in her Chicago-based home studio. She has hosted two solo shows, curated two group shows, and her work has been shared in a number of exhibitions. Her collectors range from local Chicago to global South Korea and UK, and clients include the Chicago Shakespeare Theater and Prada.
