This is not only an homage to the first female album with five #1 singles on the Billboard Top 100, but to how other artists inspire each other. 
The singer reached out to collaborate with visual artist Will Cotton, known for his pinup, clouds, and confectionery themes, and his painting of her album cover (yes, a physical painting!) inspired both the theme of her tour and Katy Perry’s image during that era of her career.
